DAO Wow is a DAO search engine that allows you to search for DAOs and proposals, follow your favorite DAOs, and receive notifications about proposals via email and Discord.
DAO Wow is for people that want to search for specific proposals and gather information by seeing proposal activity across DAOs, making discovery of DAO initiatives easier and faster than ever. In addition, you can follow DAOs you’re interested in to also be notified of new proposals so you don’t miss out on proposals and voting periods.
What’s a DAO?
What’s a DAO? DAO stands for Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). In many cases, DAOs are digital entities that have no centralized leadership. The organization is led by the community and a set of rules that live on the blockchain. DAO members create proposals and vote to make decisions regarding the DAO together. Searching across DAOs & Proposals
With search you can discover new and interesting DAO proposals and find DAOs that align with your values and interests. Let’s say you are a designer looking to contribute your talent to a DAO. DAO Wow gives you the opportunity to search “design” and uncover any DAOs and proposals that might be in need of your services. You can follow DAOs that you might be interested in learning more about before officially joining, using DAO Wow as a research tool. DAO Wow gives you the ability to find DAOs and proposals so you can see what’s trending, find ways to contribute to, and vote on any proposals you’re passionate about. Both experienced DAO contributors and folks looking to join their first DAO have the opportunity to experience the breadth and depth of DAO’s all in one place.
Staying updated on DAOs can be noisy
DAO Wow also gives users the ability to follow their favorite DAOs and receive notifications via email and/or Discord whenever a new proposal is created, when voting starts, and when voting ends. Finding and joining multiple DAOs can be exciting, but it can also be difficult to keep track of the proposals and voting since much of the conversation is happening in Discord. As a result, you might miss out on things you care about. The great thing about DAO Wow is that you don’t have to be an official member of the DAO to follow it!
