We lost the backups

Unfortunately, Galactic is closing, and thus Floppydisk.xyz NFT is no longer supported. Floppydisx.xyz is an NFT collection of 1440 retro floppies that are 100% on chain, 100% SVG, and reactive to what is in your wallet. They were free to mint and went so quickly that most folks on our team didn’t get to mint! We love the floppies and think they’re some of the most interesting on-chain, interactive NFTs out there.

The magic of the floppydisk NFTs is that they are 100% on-chain. No matter what happens to Galactic, they will exist on chain! Yay!

Why is this happening?

Unfortunately, General Galactic Corporation is shutting down. We had a wonderful time and built terrific things.

We want to give a massive shout to our fantastic users, the brilliant Galactic team, and our unwaveringly supportive investors. While it’s a bummer that Galactic won’t be around, we’re proud of what we have created during our time together.
